We do not accept returns or exchanges, unless:

  • The item received is significantly different from what was listed (e.g., wrong part shipped).

Every part we ship matches the part number or description in the listing. However, we do not guarantee compatibility with your specific vehicle.

Buyer Responsibility – Compatibility

It is the purchaser's responsibility to confirm that the part fits their specific make, model, year, trim, and engine configuration.
Some parts vary even within the same model year due to factory options or mid-year production changes.

Please verify compatibility using the part number, your vehicle’s VIN, or by checking directly with the manufacturer or a trusted mechanic before purchasing.

We guarantee the exact item listed will be shipped, but do not guarantee it will fit your vehicle unless you’ve confirmed that information yourself.

Damaged Items in Transit

All items are carefully packed to prevent damage. If your package is damaged during shipping, please:

  1. Retain all original packaging and take photos.
  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly (e.g., USPS, UPS) to file a damage claim.

We’re happy to assist you with documentation, but damage claims must be handled through the carrier.

Why We Don’t Accept Returns

Most of our inventory consists of closeout, overstock, or discontinued parts offered at deep discounts. Accepting returns would increase our costs — which would mean higher prices for you.

To keep our prices low and items moving quickly, we cannot accept returns based on buyer error, incorrect diagnosis, or change of mind.
