Returns at Total Gear Hub

We sell new parts, list them accurately, and stand behind every order.

Wrong or misdescribed item — our mistake, our cost. If your item doesn't match the part number or description you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll cover return shipping and send the correct part or refund you in full.

Changed your mind? No problem. Unused parts in their original, unopened packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, and the refund covers the item price.

Opened or installed parts can still be returned within 30 days; a 25% restocking fee applies so we can inspect, re-verify, and repackage. Parts damaged after delivery can't be refunded.

How to start a return: email hello@totalgearhub.com with your order number. A photo helps us fix things faster.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable on change-of-mind returns. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the part arriving back to us.
