We currently ship within the United States and Canada, using carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

If your package is damaged in transit:

  • Retain all packaging and take photos immediately
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a damage claim
  • We can assist with documentation, but we are not liable for carrier-related damage or delays

6. Returns & Refunds

To keep prices low and operations efficient:

  • Returns are accepted only if the wrong item was shipped
  • We do not accept returns for incorrect orders, buyer error, or compatibility issues
