Total Gear Hub ships from Phoenix, Arizona. The shipping options and prices below are exactly what you will see at checkout.
Shipping Rates (Contiguous U.S.)
- Free Economy shipping on orders $50.00 and up (5–8 business days)
- Economy, orders under $50.00: $4.90 up to 5 lb, $19.90 for 5–70 lb (5–8 business days)
- Standard: $6.90 up to 1 lb, $9.90 for 1–5 lb (3–4 business days)
Your shipping cost and option are shown at checkout before you pay. We ship with USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. The delivery times above begin once your order ships. A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships.
Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and International
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories, or outside the U.S., is calculated at checkout where available. If a destination is not offered at checkout, contact us before ordering at hello@totalgearhub.com.
Oversized or Heavy Items
Items over 70 lb or unusually large may require freight or oversized service. If an item needs a different shipping charge, it is stated on the product page before you buy.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us at hello@totalgearhub.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier and make it right.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us right away if you notice a mistake.
