Free Standard Shipping on Most Orders (Contiguous U.S. Only)

We offer free standard shipping on most items shipped within the lower 48 U.S. states (contiguous United States), unless otherwise stated on the product page.

  • We use carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx
  • Shipping method is selected at our discretion to provide the best value and delivery time
  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after processing

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories & Canada

Orders shipped to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories
  • Canada

…may incur additional shipping fees, which will either:

  • Be calculated at checkout, or
  • Require us to contact you for a shipping quote before fulfillment

If we cannot reach you to collect the additional cost, we may cancel and refund the order.

Oversized or Heavy Items

Certain large or heavy items may not qualify for free shipping and may include a shipping surcharge, which will be:

  • Clearly stated in the product listing, or
  • Communicated to you after checkout if needed

We may use freight, LTL, or oversized services as required.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Carrier & Method

We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier and method based on item size, weight, and destination.
If you require a specific shipping method, contact us before placing your order (additional fees may apply).

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is damaged or lost in transit:

  • Retain all packaging and take clear photos
  • File a claim with the shipping carrier
  • We’re happy to assist with documentation, but we are not responsible for carrier-related delays, losses, or damage

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address.
We are not responsible for items lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
